From Spreadsheet Chaos to Automated Collections

In 2023, our co-founders were running a fractional CFO practice serving mid-market companies. Every Monday morning started the same way: open twelve different QuickBooks files, export aging reports, copy client contacts into email templates, and begin the manual follow-up cycle all over again.

The tools on the market were either built for enterprise collections departments or tacked onto accounting platforms as an afterthought. Nothing existed for the bookkeeper managing fifteen client books or the controller juggling AR across a diverse portfolio.

So we built AgingDesk Console: a purpose-built platform that treats multi-client AR follow-up as a first-class workflow, not a sidebar feature. We designed it for the people who actually do the work — the bookkeepers, the accountants, the fractional CFOs who care deeply about their clients' cash flow.
